Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using the Zipply Logistics Shopify app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Service Description

Zipply Logistics provides shipping and logistics services through our Shopify app, including:

  • Shipping rate calculation
  • Order fulfillment and label generation
  • Package tracking and delivery notifications
  • Integration with third-party logistics providers

Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Fees and Payment

Shipping fees are calculated based on package dimensions, weight, origin, destination, and service level. Additional fees may apply for:

  • Signature confirmation
  • Special handling requirements
  • Delivery to remote or restricted areas
  • Failed delivery attempts

All fees are displayed before order submission. Payment is processed through our secure payment partners.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate shipping information
  • Properly package items for shipping
  • Comply with all applicable shipping regulations
  • Not ship prohibited or restricted items
  • Make packages available for pickup during scheduled windows

Prohibited Items

You may not use our services to ship:

  • Hazardous materials or dangerous goods
  • Illegal substances or items
  • Perishable goods without proper arrangements
  • Items that violate intellectual property rights
  • Weapons or ammunition

Liability and Insurance

Basic shipping insurance is included with all shipments. Our liability is limited to the declared value of the shipment, up to the maximum coverage amount. We are not liable for:

  • Delays due to circumstances beyond our control
  • Damage resulting from improper packaging
  • Loss of indirect, special, or consequential damages
  • Business interruption or lost profits

Cancellations and Refunds

Orders may be cancelled before pickup. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping fees for orders that have been picked up are non-refundable unless the failure to deliver was our fault.

Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily limits access to the App. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Zipply Logistics and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

Data Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may terminate your account by uninstalling the App and contacting support.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of British Columbia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
